Pros

Everyone, for the most part, is impeccably kind and professional, with a real sense of pride about working here. The work has a lot of variety; you get to manage how you want your career to go.

Cons

In any management-heavy culture, you're going to find a disconnect between the "boots on the ground" and the upper management layer. Up the chain, you'll find people busy positioning themselves for their next career move, rather than being concerned about the work ahead, the client needs, or the project itself. You can't solve technical problems in PowerPoint.

Advice to Management

If you’re going to take on large-scale technical projects, be sure to lean more heavily on technical folks and less on the “strategy” talk. Without the product, there is no strategy. And a technical product requires technical people.
