Pros

I studied a technical field, and I get to apply it at my job. This is rare.

Lunches are good.

People who leave get much better salaries.

In theory, you can transfer to almost any country.

Skill level in some other countries seems high.

Cons

Promotions have been lacking the last couple of years.

People who leave get much better salaries.

There is almost no one between analyst and senior manager level. Everybody in-between left. So there is not much knowledge transfer from seniors. Getting good external people in as consultants and associate managers seems unlikely due to the pay level.

Advice to Management

Accenture is a tech company. Go back to basics and hire more technical people with tangible skills.
