Accenture was a wonderful place to work and grow your career.
In the past year or so, Accenture has changed significantly.
When I started over 4 years ago, it was a place that encouraged an entrepreneurial spirit. You were in charge of the direction of your career.
The new management and reorganization changed all that. They used to care more about people, but more and more good people have left as the company's priority is "bill, bill, bill." They burned me out.
2018 through early 2021 were good years to be an employee. You have seen many good people leave ever since, and it's no coincidence.
