95% of reviews in Glassdoor are fake. Don't join the company.
You will never get your variable pay. They say HSB (Hot Skill Bonus), they can anytime stop paying it. It is clearly in the policy and you will be at a total loss.
If you are a highly paid employee, they will screw the rating, and due to which you will not get variable pay and HSB.
They don't have projects in Bangalore, and you will be forced to move to another location or you will be made to quit the company.
IJP (Internal Job Portal) is totally fake; even though there are opportunities, they will not be posted.
This is a company for freshers. Join the company, get promoted next year, and leave the company. There is no future if you stay long.
Most horrible performance review where no one hears you. Managers favor their pets even though you are exceptionally good.
Try to listen to the voice of the developers and technical people, not the managers and senior managers. They are not the ones who are going to do the technical job.
