Big Pay, Less People
My previous company was purchased by Accenture. They gave me a solid salary increase.
Accenture was less people-focused than my previous small company. I suppose it is difficult when it is such a large company.
I realize it is difficult with over 500,000 employers/contractors, but try to put yourself in the shoes of the employee sometimes.

Be ready; HR will call and schedule the same interview multiple times. The same round, which you cleared, might be rejected the next time. It's better not to apply for this role, or join only if no other opportunity exists.
