Good salary, but the variable pay you will not get as promised. WFH is provided by the company. Good projects.
- In some projects, management is not good.
- I have seen few senior developers with 10 years of experience who can't write a for loop condition properly, so don't worry about layoffs. I can't agree with that, as some people don't have the basic knowledge also. Therefore, it's better for them to find a different field to work in.
