Company overall good
The company is good compared to others. The policy is good. My project's cab facility is free.
My first role at Accenture was very bad. The lead and manager acted like they owned the company. There was too much pressure and micromanagement, with no guidelines or direction.
There were lots of communication gaps.
Don't blindly support any manager.
List to employees: they are the ground workers.
This year, 2023-24, there will be no hike and no promotion.
