Work culture entirely depends on your manager; my team's culture is very good.

Working hours are more, 9.5 hours. Less focus on the employee and more on the company's interest. Too many things at a time, and nothing reaches the end.

Revisit the working hours. During the recession, the hours were increased from 8 hours to 9. But even after it ended, the policy was not updated.

Moreover, in the offer letter sent, which has policy information, working hours are mentioned as 8. But during onboarding, another sheet was given which has working hours 9. HR said that they are the same. When I identified the discrepancy and asked, she said it would not be so. But when I checked, it was different.
