Accenture does not really care about you as an individual. They make sure their processes are favorable on paper, but the company is so large that it's very easy to fall through the cracks. You can very easily stagnate in that instance, and when that happens, all Accenture will do is burn out as much value as they can get from you or kick you to the curb. You set your own boundaries and juggle your own priorities to prevent being taken advantage of. It is absolutely what you make of it, and anything can happen.
