Pros

There is nothing good to say about this company.

Nightmare working here.

Too much mental stress.

Cons

Work-life balance is bad for women. Even if you work 10 hours, they will point out the 20-minute break you might have taken to manage your personal commitments. No hike in the past 3 years. They keep around 30-32% as variable pay, and they really give too little of it; sometimes, you won't even get 25% of your variable salary.

Advice to Management

You should keep pulse checks with women in leadership.

You should find out why there is one woman as leader and four men in a five-person ratio. Though below leadership, you can find many female employees.

Male leadership plays politics and makes sure women do not grow at the same pace, especially technical ones.
