As a fresher, not being given a choice to select the skills in which I want to work. I have done MCA and want to work on Java, but they directly put me on manual testing.

Low pay, pathetic dress code policy, and poor management.

Variable pay: They want to take it all back. If you are leaving in the same month, no variable pay will come, and many times they adjust the variable pay.

No good skills for testers.

Managers think they are gods and can do whatever they want.
