The company's core values are good. Global policies are good; however, India-specific policies are not.
It's a great place to upskill and learn through provided learning materials. There is an opportunity and emphasis to innovate for clients.
Salary can be better. A lot of global policies and benefits are not applicable to the India region. A notice period of 3 months kills your career growth, as it is very difficult to move to different organizations and grow.
