  • Doesn't care about your skills.
  • Classic politics culture.
  • Doesn't have a free company polo shirt nor ID lace; you have to buy them, lmao.
  • Hard to roll off from projects.
  • Promotions are based on your lead ability or project, not on your skills, lmao.
  • Has free trainings, but you don't have time to take them.
  • Lots of necessary trainings every quarter that disrupt your work.
  • Favoritism culture exists here too.
  • Small increase even when you are promoted.
  • Unable to pick projects you'll work on; projects will pick you and force you to do work unaligned to your skills.
  • Toxic H&PS Industry Group.
  • Doesn't have transportation allowance for day shift employees.
Advice to Management
  • Do not put team leaders, managers, or execs that do not have technical knowledge about what the lower level are working on.
  • Please do not skip level promote an employee, it is so unfair.
  • Give free company polo shirts and ID lace to new employees; don't make them raffle prizes.
  • Give the resources the capability to choose what project they work on.
  • Do not lock a resource to a specific Industry Group.
  • Full work-from-home setup.
  • Give transportation allowance or rental allowance for employees living far from offices.
