The company places great emphasis not only on taking care of its employees with benefits, but also on creating a kind of community where you can support your peers and learn.
It's a great first job in that it offers you a lot of courses for professional growth, constant support to achieve your goals within the company, and amenities for both its remote workers and those who choose or must go to the office daily.
Until last year, as I understand it, it was the company with one of the lowest salaries on the market. In IT, that's something you can't ignore.
The reality is that you often stay because it's a very comfortable place, but if you want to continue growing as a professional, the best thing to do is absorb all the knowledge the company offers you and look for something with a better salary elsewhere.
Another issue related to what I said above is that, while they teach you a lot and encourage you to fight for a promotion, the chances of getting it are quite slim. That can be a bit disheartening because you work all year for your effort to be rewarded, and in the end, you might not receive what you expect.
