Great, but an experienced hire can still be placed on a random project
Benefits and salary are great for experienced hires.
I was an experienced hire and applied to an automation dev role, but was placed on a random manual testing project. General rule of thumb in a consulting firm: it doesn't matter what your skills are; what matters is the business needs/staffing.
Long OTY hours.
On top of OTY and long hours, required curricular activities are also required.
Please prioritize the skills of new hires, not just the business needs. I was disappointed during my stay.
