SWE Intern
The overall process was quite chill. The interview was good, and they asked technical questions and non-technical questions as well. The interviewer was very nice, listened carefully, and gave productive feedback. HR got back fairly quickly as well.
Software Developer
Tech assessment plus one round of interview. I heard back from them every week and got the job in three weeks. The process was relatively slow but alright, given that this is a large organization and they have a lot of candidates to process, I guess.
