Good company to learn the IT process and structure
Good infrastructure and transportation.
Lots to learn in terms of training.
Lots of projects and roles.
Good for freshers to start off.
Hikes are not good. Variable pay is not good. Recognition and promotion in this pool of employees are not in line with performance.
