Nothing good in Accenture India; however, the policies are good when working abroad.
There are countless cons in my tenure of 8 years.
- I have seen this company becoming best to worst in the last 4 years.
- Usually, you end up working 10+ hours, so there is no work-life balance.
- Be ready to be relocated to any office location to get a project if you are unallocated; otherwise, they have all rights to terminate you.
