Pros

Flexible timings. The cafeteria is good. Nothing different from other organizations.

Cons

The appraisal process is not at all fair. They can put even a top-performing employee into a PIP with a reason as stupid as, "You are no more part of our project, and we had to mandatorily put someone into PIP, so we chose to put you there." The HRs are totally useless. Even after knowing the entire scenario, they will tell you, "I know what has happened with you is unfair, but it is policy, and we cannot help you." Raising a grievance against your manager is like digging your own grave, even when you are right.

Hike % is very low. The HR team is not supportive of employees, and they aren't very helpful.

Advice to Management

Stop putting resources into forced PIP just to complete your bell curve.

Outside in the media, you say that Accenture has removed the bell curve, but even now, you are putting employees into PIP without even providing them a valid reason.

HRs at Accenture are called "People Advisors," but in reality, they are never in support of employees. They are only listening to what managers have to say. No action is taken against any manager who is doing wrong. It's a totally unethical environment.

It's high time you should change your policies, or else all good employees will leave one by one, and Accenture will no longer be a GPTW.
