Uneven local workforce. Locals are struggling.
Make people work on weekends countlessly without proper compensation. Saturdays, Sundays, and even public holidays. Expectation.
"The workspace is completely inadequate for the number of employees." "Lack of basic amenities like proper ventilation, lighting, and temperature control." "Outdated and malfunctioning equipment is hindering work efficiency." "Dirty and unhygienic conditions are a health hazard." "Insufficient and poorly maintained meeting rooms to treat it as an office." "No dedicated space for breaks or relaxation." "Open-plan office layout promotes noise and distractions." Poor location for lunch. No proper power points to charge laptops; too many extensions create a fire hazard. Poor seats and chairs, and no proper tables for a long work environment. May cause improper sitting postures and eventually lead to potential issues.
