As a first work experience, I don't think there's anything better. Starting as an intern, there's excellent training, especially from the experience of colleagues.

Often you arrive at 8 PM and are asked to go "overtime" to close tests or defects.
Meal vouchers are not given if you work less than 5 hours in a day.
