Testing Analyst
The interview process was very smooth and easy. First, an online test, then a listening and speaking ability test, and after qualifying that, the actual interview was conducted. It was non-technical.

Online written test consisting of basic aptitude questions. Technical interview, which was in a group interview pattern. Four of us were interviewed at the same time. Lastly, an HR interview of basic psychological questions.

Fast and good interview process! The interviewer knows what to ask to better assess the candidate. Some of the questions are a little bit templated, but the follow-up questions are the ones that would tell if the candidate has it!
