It's based on basic accounting terms and a self-introductory part. It has three rounds: first is HR, then written, and the last is the manager round. The manager round was a bit difficult.

Good and valid questions were asked, so I feel it's very good for freshers who have just passed out from college. It's a very good interview process at Accenture, and I also feel confident.

I personally found the interview process good. They keep in touch after every step, so it's a smooth process. A little bit time-taking, of course, but worth the time. The document verification process is lengthy; otherwise, everything is fine.
