Give some exposure to stereotyped people. I was asked to come in business formals, which had to be a Kurti. Not fair at all.
I had a total of 3 rounds: Aptitude, Technical, and HR round. They asked about 'Tell me about yourself' and basic accounting questions like golden rules, accounting concepts, terms, and about my past experience in the industry.
Great experience. They just ask some basic accounting knowledge questions and you have to write one online exam. If you are selected in both, you will be interviewed face-to-face with HR in the final round.
This was way back in 2019, and it was a one-day hiring process. Skills assessment came first, like grammar and mathematics. Then, I got a call for a phone interview. Ultimately, a job offer.
