Pros

A good training ground for employees who are seeking a skill level up.

Compensation is just right for the job title.

Complete with government-mandated benefits, de minimis benefits, and a performance bonus.

There is a sense of unity and coordination within the team.

Cons

From the project I was formerly in, many processes were being created but only a few people were on the team. Thus, a new process meant a new task for each person.

This is where innovation becomes a burden.

More work, less life, unbalance.

The diversity is there, but there are times people couldn't stop making comments and being a meddler.

Advice to Management

Maintain work-life balance in a corporate setting and make your people feel they are well taken care of.

I also suggest that when a new process is implemented, other irrelevant processes should be removed. If they cannot be removed, then additional people should be hired.
