Choose the Process (referring to their BPO division) carefully at the time of joining. The work culture depends on the process you get hired for.
The only things that make or break the company are its management and the ones managing it. The higher-ups may be better in what they are doing, but managers at levels 6-9 are not at all supportive. Most of them, having worked in call centers or hardcore sales, just want to run the company on their own. Accenture values are of no use to them.
Hire better professionals who can carry your company values strongly, both within and outside the organization.
