Pros

A good place to start your career growth and development.

Cons

HMO - Full-time for the employee starting day 1, but a 1-year payment is needed before HMO can be used by a dependent.

Work/life balance - It depends on how you can manage your time. Since it's a consulting outsourcing company, effectiveness and efficiency are required. You always have to deal with client requests. But it's still good, I guess.

Advice to Management

In my project at the moment, my issue really is with the management. The clients are fine; it's just that I'm closer to the clients than my own company.

I'm really just not a fan of my leads. It feels like they don't actually do all the things that they are required to do.

We're not really a team, as I've felt it.
