Harassment and assault are not taken seriously. HR does not take action, even when employees suggest trainings that could mitigate serious problems. Wages are lower than competitors. Work-life balance is not a priority.
Take assault and harassment seriously, and don't let it go on for years until an employee is so traumatized they cannot work anymore.
