Too much grouping in teams, no responsible seniors, not accepting newcomers. No one asks you about anything – direct decisions are taken by the manager and HR. A very bad experience, even the worst experience in life.
Remove grouping in teams, playing too much politics in teams. Seniors and HR not listening to newcomers.
