Good Pay, Terrible Transfer Process

Pros

Pay is nice; they do offer remote work.

Cons

There was no proper communication on the process for switching between projects. There was also no communication from your "people lead" or even anywhere stating who they are officially or what their purpose is. You have to stay on top of them during your "90 day contract period" before officially getting moved to Accenture. They "missed the date" to get me in for the transfer three times, so I didn't even get started with Accenture officially until a full year after starting under the contract house beforehand.

Advice to Management

Communicate with employees more, and do more to shield them from toxic work environments on the projects you have them assigned to.
