It started through LinkedIn. A year ago, I had the interview through a study buddy who referred me. The interview was moderately long. I only participated in one interview, as in the meantime I was accepted for another job to start.

The interview process is assuring and comfortable. The questions that were asked are, of course, related to your background, hard and soft skills. You need to be relaxed so you won't feel nervous.

It was easy-going and pretty chill, according to me. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of joining Accenture. It was a three-round process with very basic questions and a behavioral round with project discussions.
