I've had more jobs than the average person my age, and Accenture has treated me the best, by far.

I feel appreciated and supported, both socially and emotionally, but also in compensation, including health insurance, retirement, stock purchasing plans, and salary.

I wish there were more learning opportunities. From my experience, it's high-stakes, hands-on learning on the fly. However, I wish there were more professional relationships and/or more time that seemed specifically geared towards learning and professional growth.

Accenture does a good job finding apprentices from non-traditional backgrounds, but I would love for them to lean into that because it can give more opportunities to underserved populations.

Sometimes organizational structure is unclear, so I'm not sure who to talk to in the company or on a project about certain things.
