Make sure everyone's direct report actually performs their duties regarding career progression and is representing properly. There's a tendency for people to become pigeon-holed and "laser-focused", championed only as a good thing, with attempts to change labelled as uncooperative. This contrasts Accenture's strengths as a company with the ability to grow a career, move around freely, and innovate relentlessly. The public "TrulyHuman" image doesn't necessarily reflect the reality internally.
