You have the possibility to work with big clients, work from home once a day, and the salary is good for the field.
Lot of politics. The bureaucracy is suffocating. Management is quite dull, and the PMs are incompetent. The teams and the projects are poorly managed, leading to chronic delays and continuous stress.
Lots of people in "management" are actually doing nothing, while few developers bust their asses to meet impossible deadlines.
