Great potential, hindered by a few VERY bad managers
Great pay, great security, and work inclusiveness.
If you find a very bad executive manager, especially if they do not take responsibility, the only solution is to preventively quit your job.
If you don't, you will get caught in the "blast" when they blame everyone, destroy you and annihilate your career and reputation before firing you.
Need better managers, better control over them, and to remove the (extremely) bad apples.
