Avoid CTH role - join if you are a fresher or relatively new
The cafeteria is good. The ambiance is good. The break room is good.
Kind of repetitive production work. Less pay if you're hired on a contract-to-hire basis. They won't convert your position to an employee, even after a year. Hard to reach upper management regarding ideas and things.
Recognize people who want to make a difference.
