Work environment is also great.
Promotion and appraisals are very late, but if there's a good manager, then it's done fast. Growth is a bit slow, but it's a good experience to learn new things. Currently, no bonus or incentives are given during lockdown. I am quite not sure if they were given earlier.
Principle of equality and a fair amount of chances for all employees who have done work and really need appreciation and a fair amount of chances, such as promotion and appraisals.
