Accenture has represented a good opportunity for me. I have learned a lot here; it's possible to have a good work/life balance, and the company has a good culture.
Unfortunately, all the advantages mentioned are possible depending on the account where you have to work. The career path is not a priority or relevant, and the benefits could be better, despite not being bad.
The management of the accounts should be supervised in a better way and could be better in general. There are some people who are not prepared enough to lead for those positions.
