You have several benefits and they do not require you to have a minimum of previous years of experience in the position.
You're just a number, and every month they do a personnel evaluation and fire whoever isn't convenient for them. They are not organized at all. They bring you in and leave you there, as if you already knew how everything works. I wouldn't work with them again.
