They hire freshers blindly just because they are cheaper in salary.
New joiners don't know anything, and all the work has to be done by experienced employees.
Even after all your efforts, they don't give you a deserving raise.
Delayed promotions
All the decisions are made for the company's benefit only.
Please respect your employees and their efforts. Compensate them well. Retain your employees by offering them a good salary, as per the market.
