When I was at Accenture, I got to know a lot of things over there. We had freedom, and the work culture was good. It depends as per your process.
Nothing as such. I just want to suggest they should improve their contract policies because contract employees don’t get benefits like gifts and appreciation. They should think about this, even though they are working on the same thing.
