I started with a 30-minute phone screening to learn more about the role with a recruiter, who was really nice and helpful. Within a week, she got back to me to set up a second-round technical screening.
I met with one of the senior engineers and did a Coderpad problem with him. After passing that interview, I informed the recruiter that I had an offer on the table with an acceptance deadline within a week.
She was really helpful here too and was able to get approval to move me into the final round of interviewing. This was a five-round panel over four hours. The first three interviews were technical interviews, once again on Coderpad. Questions ranged in difficulty, but overall, it was very manageable.
The final two interviews were with engineering managers and were strictly behavioral/culture fit focused.
Within a day, I had an offer extended to me! All in all, it was about 10 total days from the start of the interview process to the offer decision.
