Had an on-site at Acorns. The first interview was a culture fit with two engineers.
Both were slightly awkward, asking questions they pulled out of thin air. One of them in particular was condescending, very rude, and off-putting.
The second interview was technical, which wasn't bad at all. It seemed like they preferred the answer over the actual thought process.
The last interview was with the CTO, who seemed disinterested and anxious to go to his next meeting, which is understandable.
