I did not get an offer, but this is the only company I have ever interviewed at where the recruiter actually called me to deliver the news and give me feedback. They were also very responsive and timely in getting my interviews set up. My interviewer

- Started with a phone screen with a recruiter. - A week later, a technical screen. - Then an onsite of: * 2 technical screens * 1 system design * 2 behavioral with managers where they asked about projects and soft skills

The interview process was extremely positive. Every person I interviewed with was very personable and made the interview process incredibly relaxed, which is a huge change from previous interviews I've had.
