Decent, but some leadership problems and layoffs. Resourcing

- Engineering talent and code is great
- Managers are generally good
- High churn with Product Management and Design.
- There appears to be a lot of top-level decisions from the CEO, and engineers are forced to implement/pivot to work on those projects.
- Layoffs have spread resourcing thin. Some teams have not enough engineers.
