Advice to Management

In the pursuit of profitability, make sure you consider whether you will be able to sustain growth while no longer employing those who were working towards that long-term vision, versus only focusing on initiatives that will move the needle in the next few months. This also contradicts the message we gave to our users to always invest for the long-term.
