- Series of layoffs occurring over time have reduced morale.
- Many short-term decisions are being made at the expense of long-term company growth.
In the pursuit of profitability, make sure you consider whether you will be able to sustain growth while no longer employing those who were working towards that long-term vision, versus only focusing on initiatives that will move the needle in the next few months. This also contradicts the message we gave to our users to always invest for the long-term.

There were two interviews. Both interviews were technical, and you had the option to have them back to back. I chose to take a little break in between. Overall, it was not bad.
