The interview process at Adyen is very long and disorganized for what it is.
The different people seem nice, but at the end, the process is tedious and will take months.
First, there is a call with the recruiter. There is a high chance the recruiter will never respond to you after the interview, or you will be reassigned to a different recruiter.
If they like you, you will move on to a technical interview with some randomly assigned people from a similar background/role as you, who will decide if you can continue.
Then follows a timed HackerRank assessment to waste your whole day, along with another 2 hours of presentation of that work on another day.
As if that's not enough, there is yet another technical interview with potential teammates.
Last but not least, beware of the final interview with a senior business member. Do not take it lightly, as they might decide from a 30-minute call that you are not good enough to join the club.
What challenges did you face in your previous role?
