Recruiter set up an interview, which was an hour, face-to-face. It was non-technical, focusing more on cultural fit. I was provided with a 3-hour Codility assessment to do in my own time. I completed it but never heard back from them after 2 weeks. I followed up and was advised that I wasn't successful and they were interviewing someone with more experience. It would have been polite if they had emailed me advising I was not successful rather than nothing at all.
Assessment involved an algorithm question, an SQL question, and two other coding questions.
