Contacted by an outside recruiter asking if I want to participate in the interview process.
st Step: Online assessment with 3 questions and 2 hours to solve on HackerRank
nd Step: Technical Interview with a Principal Developer and a Team Lead, going over your answers on HackerRank and solving the questions you weren't able to solve in time (I wasn't able to solve my algorithm question in time, so prepare your answer beforehand; they are cool about copy-pasting from your local environment). They ask you to clarify your code and generalize your solutions with additional cases.
rd Step: Culture Interview with two Team Leads. Most of the questions have some emphasis on the Adyen Formula, but they are not trying to corner you; very sweet people. Talks about mentoring, career goals, and conflicts. I think the main goal here is just to understand your character and get to know you.
th Step: Board Member Interview. I got the CEO as my interviewer. He was a sweet and down-to-earth guy, answered my questions about the history and the future goals of the company, and even explained their hiring strategy.
