Process

You have mostly 3 steps:

  • HR Interview
  • Leetcode Assessment
  • Review of Assessment

The process is chaotic and very unorganized; interviewers need training. You need to lead the interview unless you want to answer dozens of questions at the same time from multiple interviewers. They have in their values to put the team above ego, but I couldn't see it being reflected in the interview process, as they make it a competition for who will create the most confusion by asking misleading questions.

Questions

Experience, Adyen Formula, etc.

Absurd questions like "Create the whole training and predicting workflow of Adyen from scratch in 30 minutes," and they keep interrupting you.
